JinkoSolar just opened orders for its latest module: the Tiger Neo 3.0. With more homeowners and businesses turning to solar, they need panels that pack extra power. The Tiger Neo 3.0 answers that call. It delivers top-end performance in a familiar size. And it boosts yields without extra roof space.

Solar power keeps getting cheaper. At the same time, roofs often cap how many panels you can fit. JinkoSolar found a way to max out that space. The Tiger Neo 3.0 is their answer. It blends proven design with fresh tech. And it raises the bar for output and reliability.

Key Features at a Glance

  • Front-side power: 650–670 Wp
  • Bifaciality rate: 85%–90% (±5%)
  • Cell tech: 27% efficient TOPCon cells
  • Module efficiency: 24.8%
  • Low-light boost: +2.26% to +2.49%
  • Temp. coefficient: –0.26%/°C
  • Durability: High UV resistance
  • LCOE reduction: Over 6%
  • BOS savings: $0.048/W

These specs place the Tiger Neo 3.0 at the top of its class. Installers fit fewer panels to hit power targets. That cuts mounting and wiring costs. It’s a win for both roofs and budgets.

Unmatched Bifacial Performance

The Tiger Neo 3.0 offers an eye-popping 85%–90% bifaciality rate. That beats many BC modules by up to 15%. When sunlight bounces off the ground, the back side grabs extra watts. In tests, total power rose by 1.87%. For a 650 Wp panel, that adds about 12–13 Wp. And it all happens without changing layouts.

Modules work best over bright surfaces such as white gravel or sand. But even on dark roofs, they still outshine monofacial panels. That extra harvest can shave weeks off payback.

Advanced TOPCon Cell Technology

Tiger Neo 3.0 uses next-gen TOPCon cells at 27% efficiency. “TOPCon” means Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact. This design traps more electrons and cuts energy loss. Each panel peaks at 670 Wp and runs at 24.8% efficiency. Plus, TOPCon resists potential-induced degradation. The result is reliable power, year after year.

Enhanced Low-Light & Temperature Resilience

Even when the sun hides behind clouds, Tiger Neo 3.0 keeps working. In low-light conditions—like dawn, dusk, or overcast skies—power rises by 2.26%–2.49%. That extra output makes early mornings more productive. And its temperature coefficient is only –0.26%/°C. Thanks to MAX technology and better passivation, it loses less power as it heats up. That suits hot climates.

Durability & Reliability

  • UV Resistance: Tops UVID testing with minimal degradation
  • Three Highs & Three Lows:
    • High power, efficiency, bifaciality
    • Low-light loss, temperature loss, degradation

Over 200 GW of Jinko TOPCon modules have run worldwide. That track record proves they’ve handled real weather—sun, rain, and heat—for decades.

System & Cost Benefits

Higher power density cuts system costs. The Tiger Neo 3.0 lowers the levelized cost of electricity by over 6%. Balance-of-system costs drop by about $0.048/W. In a typical 100 kW array, that saves over $4,800. Plus, you can fit two more panels per string. That ramps up output and shrinks BOS spending.

Proven in the Field

Third-party tests at TÜV Nord’s Kagoshima lab ran from October 2024 to March 2025. They confirmed clear gains for TOPCon over BC panels. Then, over 30 field sites around the globe joined in. These sites span deserts, coasts, and temperate zones. So far, 12 sites have completed testing. Another 18 are in progress. The data proves Tiger Neo 3.0 delivers on its promise in real weather.

Global Reach & Immediate Delivery

By Q1 2025, JinkoSolar had shipped over 320 GW of modules. Tiger Neo orders alone topped 220 GW. That means one in every seven solar panels installed today is a JinkoSolar product. Now, Tiger Neo 3.0 moves from launch to large-scale delivery. Key markets see panels by end-2025. Full global availability follows by end-2026. Customers can expect fast fulfillment.

Warranty & Support

JinkoSolar offers industry-leading warranty terms. Customers get a strong product guarantee and a long-term performance promise. Full details, including workmanship and linear power coverage, are on the official site. This support helps protect investments and gives real peace of mind.
