Indra has partnered with LV= insurance’s latest innovation, ElectriX, to supply home charging services.
LV= General Insurance is one of the UK’s largest insurers of electric vehicles. On Thursday, the company launched ElectriX. ElectriX will be a one-stop shop for electric vehicle needs, from leasing to insurance and home charging packages.
One way to enjoy electric cars without purchasing one is through leasing. ElectriX will search for the car that suits your budget and needs from the different available brands through vehicle leasing experts CBVC Vehicle Management.
Mike Manners, CBVC Vehicle Management Managing Director, said, ‘The transition to electric vehicles is so critical, and with our joint know-how we are thrilled that we can now offer consumers an exciting and affordable pathway into electric cars. ElectriX not only makes things easy for the customer but also provides access to a great range of new vehicles right now.’
Clients will get to ride cars from Volkswagen, Hyundai, and Peugeot for as little as £238 monthly. While these manufacturers request a waiting period of about 12 months, ElectriX gets you an electric car as soon as possible.
Electric car owners and drivers worry about upfront costs, battery life, and other fears that accompany new technology. ElectriX is set to eliminate these fears. The partnership with Indra will help EV owners install chargers in their homes.
‘We’re excited to be working with Indra to offer the Smart PRO charger to our customers. We selected Indra based on their best-in-class products, focus on customer service, and green business values. We want to deliver a fantastic experience for our customers, and our partnership with Indra will help us achieve this ambition.’ Gill Nowell, a spokesman from ElectriX.
