For that reason, we make selected Microgrid Media articles available for republication under the conditions described below.
This Copyright & Republish Policy explains which Microgrid Media content may be republished, what permission is granted, what attribution is required, and what content requires separate authorization.

Unless otherwise indicated, original articles, analysis, text, graphics, editorial illustrations, website design, branding and other original materials published by Microgrid Media are owned by or licensed to Publisher LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

The original article URL supplied through the Republish tool should be used.
The link must not intentionally redirect readers to an unrelated page or otherwise obscure Microgrid Media as the original source.

Permission to republish an article does not automatically include permission to republish its featured image or other photographs.
Microgrid Media frequently publishes photography and visual material supplied or licensed by:
Microgrid Media may have permission to publish these materials without having the legal right to sublicense them to another publisher.
You may use an image with a republished article only when the Republish tool or accompanying notice expressly identifies that image as available for republication.

Third-party charts, graphics and illustrations require authorization from the applicable rights holder unless otherwise expressly stated.
Videos, podcasts, social-media embeds and other multimedia content appearing in an article are not automatically licensed for independent redistribution.
Where content is embedded from a third-party platform, use remains subject to that platform’s terms and the rights of the underlying owner.
You should not download and re-upload third-party multimedia merely because it appears in a Microgrid Media article.
You may republish an eligible Microgrid Media article on a website or in a publication that carries advertising.
Ordinary advertising surrounding the article is permitted.
However, you may not:
Separate syndication or licensing arrangements may be available for commercial uses outside this policy.
Unless Microgrid Media expressly agrees otherwise, an article republished under this policy should remain reasonably accessible to the public.

Microgrid Media may stop offering an article for new republication at any time.
Removal of the Republish option ordinarily affects future republication and does not automatically terminate a previously granted license where the content continues to be used in compliance with this policy.
However, Microgrid Media may require an existing republished article to be corrected or removed when reasonably necessary because of:

Material or repeated violations may result in termination of republication permission.
